God's Books

Definition

God's divine decree for Creation is recorded in books, or documents, which were written before the foundation of the world (Rev 13:817:8).  The books are specifications for human history that are sealed under quality control and secure in God's storage awaiting the right time to be brought out and executed (Deut 32:34).  God's entire divine plan, specifications, and divine design for all of Creation from beginning to end were all written down in eternity past.
The media on which the books were written is not known, nor is the language.  The "books" are actually a translation of the word "scrolls", which could be "files."  The language of the books is executable by the Holy Spirit and angels.  When the books are opened in the Heavenly Control Room, the events of human history occur with divine precision.
Creation is the beginning of Time.  Time is created.  It does not exist with God, who is Eternal.  Therefore, the books have a beginning and an end.  God does not have a beginning and end.  He is imminent and transcendent.  Time only exists in Creation.  It is a variable of two masses moving relative to each other as discovered by Einstein.  God is Spirit.  He has no mass.  He is immutable.  He does not move.  Theologians who use time in reference to God, for example in the so called Divine Decree, are off base.  God does not comprehend "at once."  That is an erroneous description of God's thinking that involves time, which God Himself created.

The List of God's Books

The books that God wrote for Creation cover a variety of topics.  In some cases the word, "book," is not actually associated with the topic, but it can be deduced from the orderly implementation.  This is the case with the Book of Creation.  God's books cover the following topics.
a.  Creation (Gen 1, 2) - the order in Creation demands a Creator and it demands a plan.  Therefore, there was a Book of Creation.

b.  The Bible - the canon of scripture is a book of the complete the revelation of God to mankind.  The Bible begins with "in the beginning God created" and ends with the end-time prophecy in Revelation.  The contents of the Bible came from one of God's books.  It is God's word, which accounts for some of the strong statements contained in it.  Men like Moses and John were specifically told by God what to write.
    - Book of the Law (Deut 28:5831:24-26Josh 1:8)
    - Scripture (2 Tim 3:162 Pet 1:20-21)
    - Book of Revelation (Rev 1:1122:10).

c.  Human history (Deut 32:34Dan 10:2112:4); Book of Judgments of Tribulation (Rev 5:1-910:2-10); sealed books (Isa 29:11Dan 12:49Rev 5:1-910:4).
In describing divine Judgments in human history that are yet future, the LORD said,
Is not this stored up with Me, sealed up in My storage? (Deut 32:34)
This means the Book of Human History was already written.  It was sealed and secure under quality control.  It was in God's storage, which means it had been written and delivered.  It was on some kind of media.  It is called the Book of Truth (Dan 10:21 cf. 12:4).  Since the book can be read and understood by angels, it must be written in an angelic language.  The angel who visited Daniel read and interpreted it.  The Book of Truth that was explained to Daniel contained a summary of human history until the end of time (Dan 11).
The Book of Judgments of the Tribulation, which cover the events of the Tribulation, have already been written.  Only the Lord Jesus Christ is authorized to open the book with seven seals (Rev 5:1-9).  When each seal is broken, that part of the book will be implemented in human history.  Some events in the books are secret and not revealed to mankind - such as, the message of the seven peals of thunder (Rev. 10:4).  Other events are kept secure until the appropriate time in history for them to be revealed (Dan 12:49).
d.  Human life - time of birth, death, and the specifications for the life of each person in the human race. (Ex 32:3233Psa 56:8139:16Ezek 13:9).
 e.  Book of Life (Eternal Life) - the list of those people with Eternal Life. (Psa 69:28Isa 4:3Dan 7:1012:1Luk 10:20Phil 4:3Heb 12:23Rev 3:513:817:820:1521:27).  Note:  this book was written before the foundation of the world from God's foreknowledge.  It does not compromise man's volition.
 f.  Book of Remembrance - believers who respect the Lord and qualify for divine deliverance (Mal 3:16).
This book reveals that even the things that happen to believers, e. g. the persecutions of others, are pre-planned in a book.
 g.  Book of Works - the deeds of each person in the human race. (Dan 7:10Rev. 20:12).
Unbelievers will be judged from this book at the Great White Throne.  They will not be condemned for their sins, which have already been judged.  They will be condemned because their deeds fall short of God's Righteousness.

Conclusion

God planned and designed everything for Creation and wrote it down in eternity past.  God knew about and planned for everything in Creation from the design of the heavens and Earth to the fall of Satan and the sins of mankind.  He foreknew everything.  His design even included the decisions from the free will of man that had not yet occurred.  Time was not an issue.  When God decrees something, it occurs.  Man would need a Savior, and that was provided.  The elect were recorded in the Book of Life before the foundation of the world.  And those who would reject Jesus Christ as Savior were also known. SO IT IS TIME TO ACCEPT JESUS AS YOUR LORD AND SAVIOR ASK FORGIVENESS FOR YOUR SINS WASH THEM IN THE BLOOD OF THE LAMB!!!!
God has a plan for every person from His Love that is perfect and fair in every respect.  He has provided perfect justice for the believer and the unbeliever.  Everyone receives a fair shake.  And the plan of God is entirely deterministic.  Nothing is left to chance.  Nothing is random.  There is no confusion.  The world and human history has been meticulously designed.  God has provided it all in Grace.  He will do the work and man can go along for the ride.  The evidence of God's Sovereign control is everywhere once a person learns to think Spiritually with divine viewpoint.
