Russia's Power Down At Northern Command while NATO Busy With Massive Troop Movement

Russia announced today at Gazet.ru that within 24 hours they will begin to target the militants fighting around Aleppo using Cruise Missiles and bombers from their Air Craft Carrier in the Mediterranean Sea. Updating some info on the explosion at the power plant in Murmank Russia this is where the Northern Fleet of Russia is based.
NATO to is very busy moving massive amounts of military equipment to the Russian Border
