UN Climate Talks In Cancun Open With Prayer To Mayan Goddess Ixchel With United Nations climate negotiators facing an uphill battle to advance their goal of reducing emissions linked to global warming, it's no surprise that the woman steering the talks appealed to a Mayan goddess Monday. Christiana Figueres, executive secretary of the U.N. Framework Convention on Climate Change, invoked the ancient jaguar goddess Ixchel in her opening statement to delegates gathered in Cancun, Mexico, noting that Ixchel was not only goddess of the moon, but also "the goddess of reason, creativity and weaving. May she inspire you -- because today, you are gathered in Cancun to weave together the elements of a solid response to climate change, using both reason and creativity as your tools. Excellencies, the goddess Ixchel would probably tell you that a tapestry is the result of the skilful interlacing of many threads," said Figueres, who hails from Costa Rica and started her greetings in Spanish before switching to English. In one, fell swoop, George Bush 41 instantly confirms the worst fears of conspiracy theorists around the world by putting on the table what had been a clandestine secret for decades. Many think that that was part of the plan, as well. To slowly introduce the public to the idea of the New World Order, and desensitize them to it. By all accounts it appears to be working.

North America is vulnerable on several fronts: the region faces terrorist and criminal security threats, increased economic competition from abroad, and uneven economic development at home. In response to these challenges, a trinational, Independent Task Force on the Future of North America has developed a roadmap to promote North American security and advance the well-being of citizens of all three countries. When the leaders of Canada, Mexico, and the United States met in Texas recently they underscored the deep ties and shared principles of the three countries. The Council-sponsored Task Force applauds the announced "Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America," but proposes a more ambitious vision of a new community by 2010 and specific recommendations on how to achieve it.  Here are some exerpts from the official document "The Task Force proposes the creation by 2010 of a North American community to enhance security, prosperity, and opportunity. We propose a community based on the principle affirmed in the March 2005 Joint Statement of the three leaders that "our security and prosperity are mutually dependent and complementary." Its boundaries will be defined by a common external tariff and an outer security perimeter within which the movement of people, products, and capital will be legal, orderly, and safe. Its goal will be to guarantee a free, secure, just, and prosperous North America." This is the proposed layout of the new North American Corridor Superhighway. "Establish a common security perimeter by 2010. The governments of Canada, Mexico, and the United States should articulate as their long-term goal a common security perimeter for North America." "Develop a North American Border Pass. The three countries should develop a secure North American Border Passwith biometric identifiers. This document would allow its bearers expedited passage through customs, immigration, and airport security throughout the region." The New World Order will include a united North America. The plans for this are already well underway. Now you know the Plan As you can clearly see by the evidence presented here, that there is an organized and motivated plan in place to reduce the countries of the world to a few, small common areas. All of Europe is being combined into the European Union. Ther Asian Union is being formed, with the African Union up next on the calendar. The CFR's plan to create the North American Union of Mexico, America and Canada is all but a done deal. When it is finished, there will be a One World Government, which will then by necessity, require a One World Leader. The bible long ago, in the book of the Revelation of Jesus Christ to the apostle John, saw this day coming, and is now almost here.
