The Evil of the United Nations -- But the US is much more responsible for it.

Philip D has written several pages about the UN. I am adding a few pages to it. I am making a separate sub-article so that I will be able to point to it from some other web-sites. (We can even merge it into PhilipD’s article while maintaining the separate post.)
Some very important part of my write-up has to be suppressed because of my situation at home – but if somebody is interested I can discuss with him / her.
NOTE: ALL MY FORMATTING HAS GOT UNDONE -- I DON'T KNOW HOW TO DO IT HERE. EVEN THE TABLE FOR SALARIES IS GONE. YOU ARE REQUESTED TO BEAR.

PAYING THE PRICE – KILLING THE CHILDREN OF IRAQ
1. Introduction to UN Rule over Iraq as part of Reductio Ad Absurdum
Born out of the horrible consequences of the two World Wars, the United Nations is an organization dedicated to perform works of altruistic nature on a global scale. Originally formed for establishing “world peace” and to mitigate the miseries of civilians affected by wars, presently the institution undertakes a host of ‘welfare activities’ I have called as ‘the infinite agenda’ – ending poverty, war, illiteracy, inequality, racial, economic and sexual discrimination; providing water, sanitation and education to all, achieving children’s welfare, eradication of all diseases all over the earth …and so on -- of solving all problems and transforming this miserable earth into heaven.
All these works are mainly required to be carried out in the developing countries only. Many times they also undertake ‘rehabilitation and building’ in war torn countries – but mostly in those countries which are also endowed with huge natural resources. The way the activities are (i.e. looting is) carried out can be seen from the condensed part of an article titled “Paying the Price – Killing the Children of Iraq”, written by me mostly during 1999 – 2000 as observations / experiences during my UN assignment on a massive electricity rehabilitation project in North Iraq, much prior to the second Iraq War in 2003 – and to which a minor amount of addition has been done later on. This condensed version is presented here because of my respect for honest Americans who I believe are not aware what is being carried out in their name by their rulers under the UN “humanitarian auspices”.
(Some mix up of tense has happened because of the write-up being of the year 2000.)

Before we start, please note an important point – Apart from the infinite agenda of welfare activities mentioned above, the UN family is also involved in many other activities – e.g. today IMF has come into prominence as a possible authority to issue SDRs as currency; so also, the UN is heavily involved in climate change science with some of its staff winning the Nobel Prize in this field. It has many statisticians, economists, and has even diversified into telecom etc – all of-course for the welfare of the poor all over the earth. I was a very small, unimportant person when I worked for the UN for just above one year and my position allowed me to observe just one type of UN’s functions of “emancipation of the poor”, viz. humanitarian relief, in a very small part of the world. But I believe that what I describe below, explains the basic principle of UN’s functioning, applicable to whatever that it handles / touches.
In Iraq the ‘rehabilitation and building’ was on a massive scale because Iraq had huge amount of oil money. After Gulf War I (1991), control over this money was given into the hands of the UN. So very corruptly has this organization looted all the money, and so inhuman a rule they established over ordinary Iraqis that even Iraq’s western enemies like Britain could not accept the situation without severe internal criticism. Many British personalities condemned the sanctions and demanded repeal. An example was a TV program “Paying the Price – Killing the Children of Iraq” aired by the BBC in October 2000, on the state of Iraq. Other Western channels showed the dire state of the victims – Iraqi children dying of malnutrition, of death spread by diseases unchecked due to non-availability of medicine (because of UN sanctions), of inhuman poverty and the increasing number of beggars on the streets of Baghdad, of schools in dilapidated buildings lacking all basic amenities and means of education etc. (So very cruel were the sanctions that Iraq was not allowed to buy ‘lead pencils’, because lead could be used in making weapons – and finally, WMDs proved to be a big lie to go on war with Iraq! The education of entire generations got killed because of the UN looting Iraqi money since 1990). And Iraq continued to produce a large amount of wealth with prices of oil being what they were during that period. Where did the billions of dollars produced by Iraqi oil go? Who was responsible for the gruesome, inhuman crimes perpetrated against its innocent citizens who were being ill-treated and insulted as dependent servants? The United Nations (UN) was the organization in control of the billions of dollars worth of Iraqi oil because it controlled all Iraqi external trade, and was in charge of administering Iraq with that money.
2. UN salaries, UN Life style
Whatever the alleged humanitarian work the UN may be doing, the strikingly noticeable factor is the “Super Fantastic UN Salaries”. For very ordinary works the UN employees are paid $6500 to $10000 per month! The perks are there to cover most other expenses, e.g. even when on vacation, a UN employee may mostly be making good money because of the high “holiday allowance” apart from travel expenses. While on duty, he has at his disposal huge resources like the best vehicles for his travel from office to home and any other place, the latest computers and gadgets etc. Working in ravaged societies, there are no other major expenses, lodging and boarding is very cheap because of the deflated currency of the ravaged, backward country. (See the explanation below). “I am here, children are in the US and money is distributed in four banks”, was a typical statement made by UN bureaucrats to a simple “How are you?” Somebody may feel I am joking, but whatever a UN employee saves per month out of his salary (perks are separate), an entire village of a ravaged country may easily be fed lavishly for more than a month. (See typical calculations regarding this ahead.)
The jewel in the above crown is that all the earnings of UN employees are Tax free, not taxed anywhere on earth, unlike the earnings of other ordinary human beings. The only possible reason for this extra-ordinary treatment seems to be that these extra-ordinary people do self-sacrificial social service, while ordinary people work for the “selfish” motive of filling their stomachs.
The salary of external “consultants” is much higher than the UN bureaucrats though their over-heads and corruption could be lower. Contrasting the above with local people and their earnings, the difference is too very striking for its inhuman imbalance. The following table of comparison of salaries is enough to bring out the difference between the UN employees and the people whom they are supposed “to serve”.
Per Month Salaries in USD, based on observations in UN, North Iraq.
(This salary structure is generally the same even for ‘humanitarian and relief works’ in all other countries)

UN Bureaucrats $6500 to $10000
International Consultants (Australian & European companies) * $16000 +
International Consultants (Indian Companies) * $11000
Local Iraqis employed by the UN $500
Local Electricity Authority Engineers in North Iraq ** $25 to $60
Doctors / Engineers / professionals in Rest of Iraq (not employed by the UN) ** $2 to $5

* -- Note the difference between Indian and “White” consultants, later reduced somewhat to preserve decorum by revising Indian Consultants’ salaries to $13000 when pointed out.
** -- This is per month, not per day.

The low salaries of Iraqi (and Kurdish) professionals are due to unbelievable depreciation of their currency, as a consequence of oil income not being in their own hands where it rightfully belongs, but in the hands of UN. (Earlier their salaries used to be middle-class. Prior to 1991, 1 Iraqi Dinar was 3 dollars – it was so depreciated that in 2000, 1 Dollar was about 1850 Dinars!) UN salaries and income are met out of this oil income, and UN has loaded them with huge staff at New York, Copenhagen, Amman and Iraq. In short Iraqi children are “Paying The Price” to UN, while the common Iraqis / Kurds have become very lowly paid servants of the UN bureaucrats, abjectly depending on them even to stave off starvation. Translated in simple language, the UN’s attitude would mean as follows: - I take all your money, because of which you become poor and the salary level in your country comes to levels between $2 and $30 a month. Then I say, since you are poor, if I pay a few of you (those who bow down to me) 1 or 2 hundred dollars as local employees, it will be an act of generosity. Since I hold all your money, I am very rich and I can pay very high salaries to my bureaucrats spread all over the world. But I pay them only 8 – 10 thousand dollars and use the remaining money in my control (out of your oil income) for your welfare – see how generous I am. Now salute me all you beggars!
There are societies that live even today along the lines of the above “principles”, but the Western world calls them as savages. Perhaps one doesn’t become a savage when one does the same thing through an institution established for promoting one’s hidden agenda. (Remember that with moral degeneration on in the US (explained in the book), this is what America has got reduced to, that it has lent its strength to the UN to accomplish the above. Though some Europeans were pirates etc, and the British too indulged in colonialism, these last did not go to such an extent.)
In countries like India, people happily do similar works for around $400 per month, with the same efficiency -- if the charge is taken by proper authorities like the British prior to WWII. For them the salaries of UN bureaucrats are not “Wow! Such high salaries?” It is “My Goodness, for what?” (To give an idea of these salaries from another angle, recently I read statistics that in US, those earning a salary of $30,000 per year, i.e. $2500 per month, are in the topmost 1% bracket of earners in that country. Imagine people being paid $10,000 per month just for distributing food packages, keeping roll-calls of refugees etc! – And then there are perks like ‘holiday allowance’ (not joking, but $100 – 200 per day depending on the location of your ‘holiday’), an even higher ‘out-station allowance’ etc, the best resources available – and corruption if one found all this to be insufficient.) With such salary difference, the UN parasites were still claiming to look after the welfare of Iraqis, talking about humanitarian service etc.
Recall news given in the main write-up on CNN’s site under “World”, titled “UN accuses peacekeepers of sex abuse”, dated Jan 7, 2005, posted 10:03 EST, 0303 GMT. The opening paragraph says: “Peacekeepers regularly had sex with Congolese women and girls, usually in exchange for food or small sums of money, an investigation by the Office of Internal Oversight Services found.” In light of the above table of UN salaries out of Iraqi money, see the following sample calculations comparing UN salaries with the incomes of people whom the UN “missionaries” are supposedly serving: Sometime back it was reported that several families in India earned Rs. 20 a day, which is 0.4 USD as per the current exchange rate – and there are several such poor countries all over the earth. Just to see how this compares with the UN salaries, assume on the higher side that a family of average five persons earns 1 USD per day – means USD 30 per month for 5 persons, or USD 6 per person per month. This includes their lodging, boarding, clothing, medical and all other needs! Therefore, conservatively 1000 persons of poor countries can live for an entire month off the salary of a single UN “missionary ready to sacrifice his entire life for the poor people of the world”.
Similar situation was reported recently in Afghanistan except that here the NATO forces are in operation, so whether UN is involved or no is not known. Here the local economy may not be as rich as Iraq, yet was destroyed by the war. In case the UN gets involved, the difference in local and UN salaries will be paid by the US (not being as much recoverable from the Afghans as the Iraqis), means it will be paid by the honest, hard-working American population that is today dying of unemployment, not the politician-bureaucrat-MNC plutocrat nexus that has pushed them into this! (The reason to say this is because such action is seen in countries where MNCs are usually interested, a La Confessions of an Economic Hit-man detailed in the main write-up.)
Another country that is probably being prepared for UN ‘humanitarian looting’ is Angola – around 14th or 15th Sept 2009, Dame Hillary was shown intently participating in a meeting in Angola – it has diamonds and oil, so UN will be there for ‘humanitarian mission’ – Dr. Livingstone, I presume.
As against the above countries, a civil war is going on and on in Sri Lanka for years together with the usual situation of refugee camp etc. There is no UN intervention over there. That country does not have much of natural resources!
Have you ever been impressed by the “Buy a Greeting and help a child” campaign of UN? It goads you “to do your bit of self-sacrifice”, and be guiltily awed as to how much the bureaucrats are doing while your “selfish” nature does not allow you to do even a little bit. Now you can guess for yourself the percentage distribution towards the bureaucratic salary, kickbacks between the contractor-bureaucrat nexus involved, and towards “Children’s Education Fund”. Same applies to UN’s large hoardings about Human Rights, about restoring human dignity in the remotest corner of the earth.
3. Champagne Caviar Socialists
The UN bureaucrats are the non-egoistic people who understand the crux of the matter of life on earth – that of all things one should never offend those in power, but do everything to please the powerful (which is equated with non-egoism, praised as obedience etc). Once inducted into a system such as UN, they show their true colors after getting established, of inflicting injustice on the innocent. I call such people as Champagne Caviar Socialists.
Champagne Caviar Socialists are people very good at debating how to help the poor of the world, how the West is heartless to hoard all the money and spare nothing for the poor, how US-Australia can be used to accommodate more than half the world’s poor (an argument I heard in the UN and described ahead) etc. They may not necessarily be in the UN alone, and not necessarily non-white. They exist in all countries, whether rich or poor, developed or undeveloped. Only that percentage wise the UN has a plethora of them – they have gathered there in a huge number, the UN’s unmitigated-evil being a direct invitation for all such people. All they require for their discussions and schemes is: unlimited amount of money, a power that will help them laying their hands on that money (like the US nowadays, or the dictators of backward countries) – and high salaries as in the UN! Then they have very intelligent debates / schemes etc for “the welfare of the poor” – over a bottle of champagne with caviar for biting. These are the off-springs of what I have described in the main write-up as “the most evil proponents of ‘Unselfishness? Yeah, but for others to follow’ theory”.
Accordingly, bureaucratic arrogance, an attitude of condescension towards all others, etc are the hallmarks of the UN employees. Regarding their life-style one is confused whether they have come for social service related to “relief operations” or for enjoyment of life and ruling others, apart from looting and hoarding money? The life-style of UN employees is the style of the rich, with night-parties, weekend picnics and excursions, etc. Night-parties imply in addition late arrival to the office in the mornings. Some of them have picked up such habits of indulgence that even if not outright drunk yet they require some intermittent shots during working hours to keep going on.
One would not be in a position to object this life-style if indulged in by a private person with his own money – the objectionable part is the self-righteous “living for the welfare of others” proclamation of the UN and its employees, and everything implied by that attitude like denouncing the West as materialists etc, and as a side-product, filling one’s coffers with others’ money. The overwhelmingly one-sided power of the UN staff demonstrates the truth behind the saying “Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely”. With so much power in the hands of the bureaucrats, the institution reportedly has become so very corrupt that, everything (as per gossip in Iraq) from buying stationery to buying the costliest items (like transformers for electrical projects), is a special double deal in the UN, the official one on paper and the unofficial one with the bureaucrat, under the table. With such salaries and underhand deals, it is said that some UN employees own entire villages in backward African countries, where life is very cheap. During my interaction with them, some would even rue about life in some of the poorer African and Asian countries where one bought heavenly pleasure at just a dollar a night. (The above being the situation globally, will mothers not sell themselves for the sake of food for their children like the Congolese women? Buying such women is what they call as “UN Humanitarianism”.)
Behavioral aspects are equally bad. While the bureaucrats flaunt their power and parasitical wealth, “obedience” is imposed on all others, sycophant behavior on others’ part being the standard expectation. For what are they taking these untaxed salaries for these ‘missions’? If they earn Nobel prizes for humanitarianism is it not incumbent on them to work for the least of salaries and distribute money amongst the local people, from whom it is looted? Mother Theresa (a recipient of the same Nobel) and many others worked on such principles honestly. (Remember that we are studying all this as part of RAA study about theories of self-sacrifice and non-egoism. People should not tell me, or any other rationally selfish people, to work like Mother Theresa. Rationally selfish people do not claim to look after others’ welfare; they do not get Nobel for that – in fact many of them suffer the same fate as myself, being persecuted in back-ward societies, thrown out of job during recession etc. The important point here is: Mother Theresa claimed to work unselfishly for the poor, got Nobel and other prizes for it, and even if I may not agree about altruism yet she was honest about her claim, she did work as she claimed. The modern-day “Dr. Livingstone” of UN on the other hand, call themselves as “missionaries”, collect sacks of money by reducing rich countries to paupers – and also get Nobel for their unselfishness!)
How does one land into such a job? Political or bureaucratic pull, corruption by upfront payment (which it was inferred as having been demanded from us), covertly practiced sycophancy etc are necessary to land with a UN job – these are all taken as signs of “non-egoism”. Luck can also play a role – example, the UN has to preserve appearances about racial equality, and if a person from a backward country happens to be at a spot where a UN job is available, but there is shortage of ethnic diversity, he will immediately be absorbed on satisfying the basic condition that he is a “non-egoist” who conforms. ‘Non-egoism’, obedience etc includes the ability to turn a blind eye to the doings of one’s seniors in UN. Of-course this ‘virtue’ is universal, means it is demanded where-ever cheating is practiced under the garb of ‘philosophy of unselfishness’.

4. Bureaucratic Capability to execute large Engineering Projects
What is the bureaucrats’ expertise and efficiency in executing “projects”, like the Electricity Rehabilitation Project we were employed on? Following are some of my experiences on the UN program in North Iraq’s three Kurdish Governorates. Elsewhere, the bureaucrats are also called as Technocrats, because they have some qualifications and experience of running such projects (e.g. the Iraqis and Kurds who built the electricity network in the first place). Here, none of the directors (including their huge staff) had any knowledge of engineering, and they boasted about the fact that their only experience was about ‘relief works’, distributing food packets, aid etc – unfortunately, thanks to the UN, they could get away with it! “My only knowledge of Electricity is press a button and there is light”. “I am a political science graduate, technical knowledge and experience is zero”. Director after director made statements such as the above, not as shameful admissions, but as smart jokes appropriate to UN standards. Why not, their bank accounts were getting fatter while Iraqi children were “Paying the Price”.
Fights amongst the external consultants were common because of vested interest of employing larger people from one’s own country most probably for commission – after all it was just a competition to loot Iraqi money. The fights were resolved based on “white superiority” and sycophancy on the part of non-whites. But apart from this, a very skilful game of manipulation and back-stabbing was played by some black participants, which is very important for learning human evil.
Regarding efficiency of work, barring the major contracts, a lot of minor work used to get done by means of something known as Work Orders, each worth a few hundred dollars, even 1 or 2 hundred. Getting paper work passed through others’ tables, to activate a small Work Order, would require a few days of an international consultant, costing $400 to $600 per day to UN (read: to Iraqi children), in addition to several others’ time, costliest being the bureaucratic time – all of it for a work-order worth a few hundred dollars. In all its functioning the UN has to create and adhere to “procedures”, form-filling, “be transparent”, pass minor matters (involving small sums) through many bureaucrats’ tables, etc, in short, the typical “red tape” of bureaucracy. So the pace of work is very slow, the number of bureaucrats quite large. (Do not infer from this that this delay avoids corruption – this is just another means of stalling the work and increasing the number of bureaucrats to loot money. Spending thousands of dollars as salary for getting small work orders passed is similar to employing several bureaucrats to distribute “relief” amongst refugees where in the salary component itself is several times that of the worth of relief distributed – so they get heavenly pleasures at ½ dollar a day -- and perks, overheads, corruption etc are separate.)
It took several months’ meetings for the “senior management” (i.e. the Directors and others) to convert the Work Order procedure to something known as Local Support for Program Implementation. By then it was time that I was being thrown out of the program (Oct 2000), but I was already hearing murmurs that the new procedure was more cumbersome, more confusing, and most probably, the old procedure of Work Orders would be reverted to. Imagine the expenses of the meetings to affect these changes, including the salaries of high level staff!
Around Oct 2000, the salary bill of a small section of staff, the International Consultants of a single arm of UN, only in North Iraq, was nearing close to US $1 million per month. If you extrapolate this to include UN bureaucrats and local staff, and across all UN arms over entire Iraq, the salary component could become massive. Other overhead costs were separate – their travels to New York, Copenhagen etc were the costliest. These were large amounts during those days – and in such projects equipment is the main expense and the amount of salary paid gives an idea of the total project out-lays. (One Australian, my senior, always used the word “milch cow” to describe his job to me).
Amongst other aspects, knowledge of interviewing recruits, of the person in charge of personnel consisted of declaring that the staff should be clean i.e should not pick their nose, or scratch all over during interviews. Knowledge appropriate for manpower selection for distribution of food and medicines amongst refugees and war victims was being applied to a huge engineering project. Such knowledge was used to flaunt superiority: to question others, mainly locals, find faults, give unnecessary advice, all so as to see whether the other person is “obedient” or no, i.e. considered the bureaucrats’ word to be superior, played up to them or no. Particularly, there was tremendous emphasis on “obedience”, and most staff of UN seemed quite enthusiastic in extracting obedience. No local staff could afford to lose their jobs in UN, and their continuation depended on arbitrary reporting by the bureaucrats. In this way, money belonging to the Iraqis and the Kurds was usurped by UN bureaucrats; they were not only made to accept unnecessary dependence, but also always reminded of the same. They were the ill-treated, despised, lowly paid servants, while the masters were the UN who had usurped their money – and Iraqi children were dying without milk and medicine. Some bureaucrats always had local employees to do the work during night parties – mostly unpaid. A “duty driver” used to be officially employed by the UN for the purpose of carrying the bureaucrats to and from night parties!

5. Naaska – a Typical Champagne Caviar Socialist (CCS) UN Bureaucrat
This sub-article is important to understand the quality and the psyche of the non-whites who rise high in the UN hierarchy – that several of the non-whites are far more evil than the whites – and that there is a strong possibility that they are purposely elevated by whosoever rules the UN. Presently, I have to keep it under hold pending finalization.
6. End–result of UN’s Foray into Hi-tech Engineering
What was the end product of UN guzzling billions of dollars to provide electricity to Iraqis between 1991 and 2003, the two wars on Iraq? Before the UN program started, the Kurds were getting almost continuous supply of electricity, despite the first war, thanks to the ingenuity of local engineers. After the UN “venturing” into the field of high tech Electrical Engineering, progressively they were exposed to increasing electricity cuts from 24 hours to only 2 to 5 hours of supply per day. Needless to say that all “selfless” UN missionaries were assured of 24 hours of supply, A/c cars and all conveniences, which were conspicuously extravagant. (At a later date 3 – 4 years down the line, I got an email from one of the Australians that I was much better-off by not being there, so many years of his life were wasted … etc.) This was the end product of “welfare” with billions of Iraqi-dollars in UN hands, while Iraqi infants were “Paying the Price” of death.
Finally in 2003, projects that involved just 11kV to 132kV electricity transmission, which are available even in villages of backward countries, were left unfinished despite so many “international doctors and experts” participating on their execution – with visits to New-York, Copenhagen, Amman and where not! So many of them were paid thousands of dollars a month to siphon out Iraqi money, apart from perks and overheads! Where on earth will you ever see such salaries for that kind of technology? Volta, Faraday, Kirchoff, Ohm – none of them may have ever earned such money for doing pioneering work centuries back! (This statement is an example that in human societies Aristotelians suffer heavily and yet contribute to man’s progress – and dirty XXXXXXs, like the UN humanitarians carry away the jack-pot of sacks of loot, plus Nobel Prize, and plus spit at the Aritsotelians! This is the essence of human history so far.)
While comparing with Volta, Faraday, Kirchoff, Ohm, including salaries etc, even the quality of external consultants was so very low that I challenged the UN management about two of them, their orders to me, the Contracts passed by them, etc. But these were my seniors, and the Europeans and Americans controlled from far above – so there was no question of justice, to me, or to Iraqi children.

Such were the men who controlled whether an injection or even a drop of milk would be given to the infants to whom the looted money belonged! You can imagine what the UN bureaucrats would be, if this was the level of the Senior Technical Experts with huge salary as International Consultants – but who were better than the hardened UN criminals!
Infants and children of the Iraqi owners of this money died due to lack of food and medicines, the children who survived remained illiterate, incapable of doing any work except dependency on the UN. Humiliations, insults etc were inflicted by the westerners and the UN bureaucrats on all Kurds and Iraqis.
In fact, good that Bush (43) again got his sudden urge to attack Iraq in 2003, other-wise they were already toying with schemes about dams, hydro-electric projects etc. By mid-2002 some UN agencies had each undertaken massive projects, one for Water Purification, the other for Distribution and Supply of that purified water – pure looting. As far as we know, UNICEF stands for UN Children’s Education Fund, famous for their “Buy a card and educate a child” campaign – from what I heard, they wanted to move into the fields of water purification and distribution – “My only knowledge about water is, turn a tap on, and there is water!” There was so much money (while Iraqi infants were dying), that all directors were expressing spending to be a major problem!
With scores of politicians even in Britain shouting against horrible sanctions, one single question stands out the most in one’s mind – what had the citizenry done to bear this punishment for so many years? What about G W Bush’s claim of war with Iraq’s military rulers and not with its innocent citizens?
But that gives idea of what goes on under the humanitarian auspices of the UN – as part of our RAA study! (And do not blame the UN, the “impractical idealists” alone; America, “the practical but not moral people” are its strength!

7. Racism
It was said in the main article that racism is quite rampant in the UN family where one of the primary motives is to undo racial discrimination, but because of the huge salaries nobody points it out. Amongst other aspects described there, one part is white racism. There is a tussle of power – ego-problems – generally between the Europeans and the ASPs (Anglo Sax Prots) – and non-whites are safe only to the extent of how skillfully they manage themselves with both sides, how they manipulate as well as keep both the sides appeased and mollified, each of which may exert pressure on non-whites to side it. In such situations in general, non-whites are at a severe disadvantage, the whites are the superior people in every issue, and skill in playing games is mandatory for non-whites – and as per my notes some totally unexpected non-white people used this skill to win and gain control over both the quarreling white parties, the AASPs (Australian ASPs) and the Europeans. (The result conformed to the principle that in a mixture of semi-rational men of mixed integrity, the more evil party wins – so the non-whites won.)
The stated policy of the UN in regards to UN employment is not to discriminate on racial basis – but the composition of technical management of our electricity program could not hide that bias from being noticed, it was completely in the hands of the White English–Speaking (mostly Anglo Saxon Protestant) community from Australia, making a minor exception of a black Australian of Sri-Lankan origin to conform to ‘non-racist’ requirement. The UN management, despite bringing matters to their notice, turned a purposeful blind eye. (The Australians seemed to have been imposed by the US for reasons discussed ahead.)
The following was observed / experienced by me during my brief 1 ½ year stay in Iraq. Finally, when it was time for me to get out, I wrote to the UN management about one Australian: Quote Using “terror tactics” to terrorize / create fear in others, for example talking in a voice loud enough to be called as “uncivilized” by normal standards. To get angry at the very start of discussion, bang fists on table, shout as if to start a physical fight – all this so as to defeat any opposition to him or prohibit voicing any independent view. Always used the phrase “My blood boils” to describe his reaction to other peoples’ viewpoint and to justify his extreme anger (color of his white skin changing to red etc). Constantly uses insult and humiliation as means to gain control over others. If any alleged or true error is found, he has the habit of firing indiscriminately, beyond what is fairly deserved for that error. (All this was always done to very senior level staff of the local authorities too.) Due to vindictive hatred, he even subjected me to risk of life by orders to go into mined areas, without proper guidance. Unquote
“Get Out” was a typical response I heard from him over simple matters. There were several examples of he treating us with contempt as ‘black coolies’. These are not detailed here for the purpose of brevity, this being a condensed version. I had even heard him saying over the phone: “Mohammad, this is Mr. AASP speaking”. I was waiting for the day when he would say, whip in hand: “Mohammad, this is Master AASP speaking”!
And “You bloody Indians” was a phrase regularly used by another Australian, to which he only got a sheepish reply.
(In cricket Australians are well-known to employ this method to defeat other teams – it is known as ‘sledging’ there – and this way they sent many engineers of different nationalities out of the program – Indians, Bosnians and several others.)

Many White people across other UN organizations were noticed / reported to be behaving in similar uncivilized manner. (Just a reminder to counter-balance the situation: Black bureaucrats like Naaska, it seems, are specifically chosen to participate in this kind of activities – they are far worse than the whites.) Some white soldiers (from S Africa, NZ etc) kicked the locals under them even for drawing attention during office meetings, the locals being in terror of losing a job where obtaining food was a problem due to UN usurpation. I had a dispute even with another engineer – yeah, white in color – for which I complained all round. Following is a part of a letter signed by him. SUBJECT: WRITTEN APOLOGY: MR. N.G.DESAI. I am writing to apologize for comments made in an e-mail sent to your superiors (Australians), dated 27 May 00. Firstly, I apologize for the phrase “sort him out”. ……… etc
Another sample behavior involved a French “gentleman”, having support from some top French UN executive – He was the extreme of rudeness to the local engineers, driving them out of his room when they talked about work. He harassed drivers with questions about availability of ladies, asked Muslim drivers to pay and get beer for him when they didn’t touch it, asked them to pay for his expenses, hotels complained that he didn’t settle their bills, he took drivers for ride in the market and honked horn at any single lady and invited them with flying kisses when they looked his way. This technical consultant was reputed not to be doing any technical work at all, attending meetings with his feet on table, walking out of the meetings with top brass of Local Electricity Authority people immediately after start etc. When complained about him, the European Directors and the Australian technical in-charge would get angry with the complainant, for putting them into awkward situation.
Then there was a European, who barred the locals from contesting election to the committee of a commonly shared canteen, as if they were inferiors. For a few months the locals had shifted to another canteen. They protested, but to no avail.

All the above was legacy of European colonization, theories of “white man’s burden” etc. Even the British, relatively much better amongst them, shared several of these practices: Example – M K Gandhi was thrown out of the first class compartment in South Africa, based on his skin color. Another example – similar to the UN evening clubs in Iraq, the British had clubs in India where they hung in very bold letters at the entrance: INDIANS AND DOGS NOT ALLOWED. The only point to be noted about the UN was that these things were being carried out under their ‘humanitarian auspices’ – and what high esteem the world holds this organization in!
I do not believe that main-stream Americans are that low in behavior, in fact read the sub-article titled ‘Racism and Reverse Racism’ in the main write-up. Then why this entire exercise of the UN? The following seem to be the compulsions, some of which were explained in the main write-up: Because of ‘Wilsonian ideals’ they are compelled to carry out the UN’s infinite agenda. At the same time, they are also unable to go solo in their international endeavors, do not want to be seen as ‘egoists’, want to heed to ‘majority opinion’ for which Mr. Obama was nominated (and later received) the Nobel within days of assuming office without any performance! Some support, contribution and sharing of responsibility (monetary and other-wise) is also wanted from fellow white people across oceans on both the sides – which bring in the European legacy of “white man’s burden”. ‘Non-egoism’, whether they admit it or not, has increased plutocracy in US, requirements of MNCs have to be satisfied, cold-war opponents have to be kept at bay, natural resources have to be protected from them. MNC plutocrats have to hide behind the pious platitudes of ‘idealism’. To partly mitigate all this, “impractical idealists” all over the earth have to be placated, which necessitates maintaining the humanitarian family, and also the “eclectic mix of experts of all races from all over the world”. Coupled with Europeans’ need for white superiority and non-white bureaucrats’ undiluted evil, this leads to huge, unbelievable corruption, heavenly pleasures at ½ a dollar, etc. So again control is required over the UN corruption. So instead of saying this fact straight away, the Americans went in this round-about manner! Accept the ASPs with all their conceit and bad behavior to infuse some honesty into the program! (The way the Australians behaved there was reason to infer that they were imposed by the Americans on the UN.) ASPs gave in to “impractical idealists” by allowing that level of corruption to Naaska type of people; Europeans, who in earlier centuries were pirates and such, too were satisfied because of ass-licking by such blacks – the ASPs too got their share of a larger percentage of honesty coupled with some conceit, ‘black coolie’ treatment apart from attack on Iraq with no WMDs found, etc. – the blackies got their share of money. So all had to stick together as “one single family of the UN, looking after man-kind’s welfare”. So this was a mutual trade from which ‘egoists’ such as me were eliminated.
‘Exchange of love’ was routinely seen amongst the family members, with most of them grouped on expected lines based on ethnicity, whether UN or non-UN foreigner, or a local. The only point about which they agreed was: not merely looting, but beating the Iraqis to pulp and making them bend for survival. But that did not solve the question of superiority amongst the whites. The AASPs (Australian ASPs) made no bones about their contempt for UN’s way of working, for the UN Personnel, and for most other ethnic groups, including the locals. (In fact whenever he was angry, which was quite often, my Australian boss threatened of going to CNN, and having seen the UN bureaucrats’ capability it was easy to understand why they were afraid of this). This is what was answered by using me – and 3 – 4 Indians, and several other Internationals -- as cannon fodder against the AASPs. The AASPs would offend and insult others day and night, and non-UN people such as me were easy targets. Some bureaucrats would fuel such fights against the Australians to the extent of advising to complain about them of ‘racism’, with the promise that UN would not tolerate such behavior -- and change sides at the last moment, thereby scoring brownie points against the AASPs. The Game of Brownie Points was like this: The UN bureaucrats (it could be inferred from what I experienced) knew very well that they were impotent against the AASPs, that nobody could survive on hitting the AASP wall, and that a man complaining was already a dead duck (which was the reason for inferring that the Americans had imposed them on the program.) Yet if the victim fired a bullet at the ASPs before dying there was a possibility of scratching their armor, of perhaps making a minor crack into it. For the UN bureaucrats this could bring in brownie points of being judge in somebody alleging against the AASPs. In my case the whole thing worked very favorably to UN. I subdued the AASPs a lot because of my correct targeting their technical / behavioral lacks – but the only result was that I was thrown out without giving a reason (“We have studied your case, and this is our judgment”). This was delivered in front of Naaska so it meant that the UN had in a way obliged the AASPs in agreeing to that decision, and so could take latitude for more corruption than other-wise. The reason for inferring thus is that later on I heard (from Indian colleagues continuing in the program) that the UN bureaucrats had now become much more aggressive against the AASPs and had even driven out a few of them! (An important point to be noted in this was: When all the details of the case came out, the AASPs felt sorry for me – that an innocent person, not deserving to be thrown out, had been pointlessly victimized as part of the ongoing tussle – and they expressed their helplessness in this game. On the other hand, the UN bureaucrats, particularly the “blackies” amongst them, felt no qualms, no compunction. It was routine life for them – I was an “egoist” who did not lick “white, pink” asses even for so much money, so I deserved to be kicked out, after extracting out of me whatever was useful to them! The AASPs were not through and through evil like the bureaucrat XXXXXXs – but it did not help honesty a bit, only the XXXXXXs gained. As shown at the end, this was an instance of the murderer winning over the pick-pocket when the two tried to ally.)
(Years later, after the looting by UN was stopped because of Bush (43)’s second war with Iraq, I made an email to that AASP boss wherein I could confirm an important aspect about him. That AASP did not want a reasoned discussion about our differences, it was only either / or for him, and since he was a leader of that bunch who backed him, the same applied to all of them by extension. His strategy was to insult others very badly, and then offer a box of chocolates or similar gift to make-up – the victim had after-wards to remain permanently fearful of him, as well as gratified due to his condescension. His stance was -- either you accept me as ‘superior’ to you, or fight, and since I am supported by the US, I will win there. In fact I wanted to tell them what my Guru (referred to ahead) said would be the inevitable result of US – UN collaboration, and that the corrupt UN bureaucrats did not even deserve to be their opponents – but no! Either accept your ‘black coolie’ status, else get out, no dialogue! On receiving my first email after 3 – 4 years, he was all his gregarious self and in a lengthy reply promised to meet me in Mumbai on his way to middle-east (presumably to make-up with his “box of chocolates”, a lunch with wine, etc). But as soon as I referred to our UN relation in the next email, he exploded over the net; there were lot of threats and so on!)
The end result of the UN Electricity Rehabilitation program I was connected with is extremely important from learning point of view for mankind. I can write an entire long article on this episode – in fact I have one which is substantially ready, only bad circumstances have prevented me from finishing it. Below is given a part of its summary.

8. The Chameleon Technique (This sub-article is substantially curtailed.)
Quote
The world has surely gained immensely from the American / Western Revolution, no body can deny that. E.g the Indian constitution was modeled on western constitutions by a man who took doctorates in US and London; spread of science all over the earth has heavily increased production and agricultural output in vast countries like India and China, medicine has overcome so many diseases and increased life expectancy; today, all these countries depend on the West, not only for knowledge, but also for out-sourced work – et cetera. Yet, the Americans are the most hated community on earth! On this score they beat all others by a wide margin. (I believe that having described this in many sub-articles in the earlier part of this write-up, the reasons will be clear to the reader – the primary reason, irrespective of other minor lacks etc, is that the Americans are predominantly Aristotelians, and therefore unacceptable to the rest of the non-Aristotelian world.)
If I call this as the macro-level phenomenon, then I observed the same phenomenon, but at the micro level, in the UN project I worked on! The UN bureaucrats were so bereft of knowledge, capability – and above all, of honest intention – that I called the “UN mission” (in Iraq) as “senseless wastage” at the best, and “senseless ass-licking” more appropriately, to describe the style of the bureaucrats to hoard looted Iraqi money. AASPs brought in knowledge and the capability to infuse some sense into the drama of cheating of the “UN Mission”. Not that the Australians were infallible, or, behaviorally ideal – they too were badly behaved, full of white superiority complex, and forget pointing out their errors, “inferiors” (non-whites) were not supposed to argue with them, or even convey behavioral equality. Yet the AASPs were far superior to the unmitigated evil of UN bureaucracy, and only their knowledge, strength and intention to achieve something imparted some meaning to the electricity program we worked in. (To use the language of this book, they were a far superior Semi-Rational variety than the Thoroughly Irrational, i.e. unmitigated evil version of the UN bureaucrats.)
The proceedings were very interesting! There were strong “ego-problem” fights between the UN bureaucrats and the AASPs for domination, the AASPs dominated for a long time, threw men of several nationalities out – several Bosnians, 3 - 4 Indians prior to me, even 1 or 2 Europeans were thrown out (to mention specially, because the top management was European white, and the target of the AASPs). The AASPs would continuously threaten the UN bureaucracy of “going to the CNN”, i.e. exposing – and the bureaucracy would get subdued being aware of their own quality. But – it was not the AASPs that won – in fact, they surprisingly lost 2 –3 people, were finally totally subdued after my fight with them and after their knowledge-contribution was over, and were the most hated in the UN “mission”, and the target of everybody’s attack!

Same phenomenon of America contributing the maximum to world development, but getting hatred in return, got repeated here too, at the micro level!
The winners were a totally different group of people and the results would be shocking to most people – but that part has to be deferred presently.
This important article identifies a particular human trait that has affected man’s development through out history – more evil than the kings and the dictators (the ASPs and the Europeans in this case), are the ones who manipulate them from behind, use them against the innocent and the rational. While there are people who are unaware of the evil doings of UN, there are those who think it is only a tool of the whites to achieve their hidden agenda. This last is only partly true, in reality, while the US has been trying to achieve its hidden agenda, the UN has been pursuing a separate agenda of its own, and in course of time it has become a conglomerate of the most corrupt, evil species from amongst man-kind, the most evil birds have flocked together under its roof.
It was this article that first attracted me to the fact that, of logical necessity, in the partnership between US and UN, the outcome had to be the one we summarized in the main write-up, and repeated here: UN bureaucrats carried away sacks of money in Iraq and all over the earth, the “pleasure” of treating Iraqis and other poor people like personal slaves and heavenly pleasures at 1/2 a dollar a night, several times Nobel Peace Prize for “humanitarian mission”, and when caught red-handed for corruption, just a reply “There won’t be any resignations!” America’s returns: 9 by 11, a few trillions lost in wars so far, enmity with all the Muslims of the world, deaths in the 2 Iraqi wars and deaths on American streets and selling organs in Britain due to recession to which a major contributor is Iraq expenses, businessmen got sued – and on top of everything “they looted Iraq – and they loot the earth”! Looking at the behavior of the AASPs in the UN, and of America on world stage, I see no reason why the above should not be the result of their respective collaborations!

The crux of this article is that to win in the UN type of atmosphere (i.e. infinite agenda of altruism, ‘humanitarian missions’ etc) it is necessary to eliminate rationality itself – which is why not only Thoroughly Irrational, but also Semi Rational societies fail in due course of time, unless their path is altered – and this is the case with today’s US. A detailed write-up on this aspect is deferred presently, and will be completed in the next Release of this book.

One sub-article from the main write-up discussing Woodrow Wilson’s “idealism”, viz. “Elimination of Wars -- and -- Winning the Opinion of the World” has been suppressed from the present Release – 1. The UN was originally established to eliminate wars, but in fact America got embroiled in more number of wars during 20th century than any other developed country vilifying itself as “War-mongerers and looters of earth”. The UN’s role in these wars is described in the main write-up as follows:
As far as elimination of wars is concerned, if not able to avert then what does the UN actually do about wars? There is a character in Victor’s Hugo’ classic, Les Miserables, by the name Thenardier – Some western readers will understand what the UN is doing in all the wars going on all over the earth. To explain it to others: Since the Indian caste system is a super-refined classification of men by profession, we have some castes that existed during “religious” times (i.e. when kings routinely, frequently fought wars with each other from behind religious unselfishness and love) – the specialty of these castes was: they would be present at the location where clouds of war gathered; they had all relevant knowledge about wars because their stomachs depended on them. As soon as the day’s fight ended, they would be seen in groups extricating the money, ornaments, weapons and any other articles of the dying on either side of the war – this was their livelihood. Please note that such men have existed all over the earth (Thenardier being one example of it), but they have been identified in India by a specific ‘caste’ because of the existence of that irrationality in India. It is such people from all over the world that have gathered into the UN, which is what the UN is doing about these wars (and also about famines, droughts, natural calamities, starvation etc by distributing food packets to refugees for a salary of $10000 per month) -- so that honest persons in developed countries may once in a while feel the aggravated pangs of recession. But there is a crucial difference between those carcass-picking Indian castes and the UN family. Those Indians risked their lives by coming in the cross-fire of those warring parties, or in case they got caught in their theft. On the other hand, to carry on the looting of carcasses, the UN is paid heavily by Americans who also die to protect the UN “Missionaries” – and finally, they earn the Nobel Prize every few years, they are also the moral authority!

Before we move on please note an important point – The UN family is a massive ocean and with its heart bleeding profusely for the poor of the earth, it has undertaken what I have called as the infinite agenda to transform this earth into heaven. Just as one example of its massive scope / spread – today the IMF has come into prominence to manage global economy, so that the poor of the earth will be benefited (of-course in UN-style described above). Another example is what happened at the Copenhagen Climate Change Conference of the UN. The Obama – Clinton administration decided to overlook all evidence about corruption as way of life in UN, sexual abuse etc, fudging of scientific data to support false claims about climate change and granted a huge amount to the UN to promote “parallel science” supporting the theory of climate change. As per news there are 2500 scientists that the UN is relying on – how many are in its direct employment and how many paid as “consultants” on job-basis is not known. (I worked as a “consultant” supplied by my company to the UN.) But it is sure to have a lot of staff to deal with climate change science, all drawing US$ salaries described above. As usual, some of its staff has won the Nobel Prize for their efforts to save mankind from the impending cataclysm due to climate change that their scientists predict. But I believe that what I described above, explains the basic principle of UN’s functioning, applicable to whatever that it handles / touches.
PS: As of 2010 I came to know that the UN is making a report on Human Rights violation in the US! This is with reference to the homeless in the US because of the financial crisis. You are in the same bracket as Iran, Sudan, Cambodia ……………. And your master is – The UN Bureaucrat, the most moral man on earth! He! He! He! He!
Finally the serpent does bite the hand that feeds it milk! You may remain blind to justice, but reality will impose it on you – Brother, you asked for it! Never was remembering Frisco D’Anconia so appropriate!

9. The Power of Rational Philosophy – and that of the Rational Philosopher
The above observation was made by me during 1998 - 2003. The UN was established after WWII, around 1946, and originally concentrated on rehabilitation of Europe and Far East – it was fully in the hands of white people, more controlled by the Americans, so corruption was limited. Its scope too was limited, not the ‘infinite agenda’ of later years. (The first WB loan was to France, with strict conditions, and requests from Chile and Poland were rejected, so very limited was the scope of the UN Family. It was under Lyndon Johnson – Robert McNamara duo in late 60s that expansion started.) In short – the true colors of the family were yet to be exposed, in early sixties. Much prior to this, one person simply predicted the results of collaboration between US and UN well in advance, in 1964, merely based on the principles of philosophy of reason – that all virtues and positive contributions would be of the US, all evil would belong to the UN; that the US would receive disasters in return (such as 9 / 11, recessions, deaths due to war and job-losses); that the UN parasites would carry sacks of money; on top of everything, the US would be looked upon as looters (“they looted Iraqi oil” etc), the UN will become the “moral authority” of the world, carrying away the Nobel and other Prizes so many times. This was done vide a small article – very small, brief, concise article of 5 pages of A8 size! This article was already one of my favorites, and with the UN experience, two things were engraved even more firmly on my mind – the power of philosophy, and the power of the rational philosopher! It is only fall of philosophy post Immanuel Kant’s “head shrinking” that has led to such a state that Americans do not appreciate it as well. But I urge the rational readers of this book to read that article, mentioned on the next page – and then appreciate the two powers mentioned just above.
Read the article: The Anatomy of Compromise published in Jan 1964 and the rational minds will agree with me in accepting:
Ayn Rand was not only a novelist and philosopher; she was also a salesman of philosophy – the greatest salesman philosophy has ever had.
Dr. Leonard Peikoff
About her philosophy, Ayn Rand said, “……I am not primarily an advocate of capitalism, but of egoism; and I am not primarily an advocate of egoism, but of reason. If one recognizes the supremacy of reason and applies it consistently, all the rest follows.”
The degree of emphasis on that reason, called somewhat crudely as Aristotelianism in this book, determines the winners and losers between human societies and within each society. That usage of reason is heavily eroded in the ASP / Western societies, dragging them, even if imperceptibly, to the abyss. That is the root of the inability to perceive the end result of a consensus between the ASPs and the rest of the world via “the family”, the Holy, pious family of the UN, the most modern “moral leaders” of the world – and also the most ancient.
The respective returns to US and UN described by me above, is a way in which reality has vindicated Ayn Rand – mainstream US has generally spurned her with all sorts of allegations, irrespective of soaring sales of her novels, particularly during this recession. But I do not think she would have liked the show or the correctness of her prophecy. She was one person who lived and respected the concept of America, not today’s degenerated America, but the original concept behind its founding. She would have liked not to be prophetic in this instance!

10. Conclusion
Now I repeat one statement made at the beginning of the Appendix: This is what America, one time the most moral country on earth that once changed the type of history men wrote, has come to impose on the world because of its degeneration during descent phase. It is unimportant that the UN is evil; the important point is that the US is its strength.
The above completes one important variation of ethics in our RAA study – An important point about studying this implementation is that though religion has accompanied mankind for the last 5000 years and has much stronger influence than communism (and in fact than any other philosophical theory), mankind at large does not like the TIS type of implementation of both, religion, as well as communism. (The whimsical imposition and corrupt aggrandizement of the dictators of these TISs is what they call as “egoism” and “selfishness”). The SRS implementation is based on the fact that an overwhelming majority of mankind believes that unselfishness and freedom can be practiced side by side, that unselfishness can be implemented by means of “majority opinion” (or UN type of consensus) instead of the repulsive dictatorial imposition of TIS type. Therefore the SRS democracy, a combination of freedom, religion and unselfishness, is mankind’s cherished rule, they yearn for it as their utopia. It is only because it does not work (as happened in the case of Greek and Roman civilizations, the “undeveloped” democracies Britain left after WWII, and is now happening to the western countries) that they give in, out of helplessness, to the TIS implementation of religion as their second choice. The rule of reason, whether that established by the Founding Fathers of America, or the one further scientifically defined by Ayn Rand, is what they hate as “the rule of the Satan”. Therefore, the SRS democracy (including the UN type of consensus) is an important variation to be studied – and the above are the results of the study.
