Russia has tanks , armored personnel carriers , trucks and missile launchers loaded on a train in route to Crimea according to the video that was just uploaded by a Russian citizen. Supposedly this equipment is enroute to Crimea, will it be used to back up Donetsk if they are attacked or is it defensive measure by Russia?
